Short version: we collect the minimum, we use it only to run the Collective, we don't sell it, and you can leave whenever you want.
What we collect
When you RSVP: your name, artist name if you use one, WhatsApp number, genres and years active. When you join the notify list: your WhatsApp number and name.
Why
- To have your badge ready at the door
- To send you the venue, timing and reminders on WhatsApp
- To tell you about future Editions and Collective announcements
- To understand the make-up of the room — genres, experience, venues — which we publish only as anonymous totals
What we don't do
We don't sell your details. We don't pass them to sponsors, venues or promoters. We don't publish your name or number anywhere. We don't message you about anything other than the Collective.
How long
While you want to hear from us. Tell us to stop and we remove your details within 30 days.
On your own device
When you RSVP, we save your answers in your own browser so the form is pre-filled if you come back. That copy stays on your device — it's never sent to us separately — and clearing your browser data removes it.
Photographs
We photograph Editions and publish some images on this site and our channels. If you'd rather not appear, tell any organiser on the night or email us afterwards and we'll remove them.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted: [email protected].
